When you submit our availability or contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including: your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, event type, event date, venue or city, expected guest count, budget range, referral source, and any free-form details about your event. If you submit the form from a specific DJ profile page, we also record which DJ you were viewing and the page URL you submitted from.
If you book an event with us, additional information will be collected through our event-services contract, which has its own terms separate from this Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and the analytics providers we use may automatically collect information about your device and browsing, including: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, and the date and time of your visit. We use this for site analytics and to improve our content and service offerings.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics) and to remember your preferences. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect Site functionality. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking.

- Schedule and conduct our complimentary consultation call;
- Match you with the right DJ from our roster and prepare a tailored quote;

- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of the Site.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of recipients, and only as necessary:
- Service providers who help us operate the business — including our email/messaging provider, hosting and analytics providers, payment processor, CRM, and event-management software vendors. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- The DJ matched to your event, who needs your contact details and event information to plan and perform.
- Venues and event partners when coordinating logistics for your event (load-in, sound limits, certificates of insurance, etc.).
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
- Successors-in-interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the successor will be bound by privacy commitments at least as protective as those described here.
4. Data Retention
We keep inquiry submissions and event records for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiry data from couples or clients who do not book with us is typically retained for up to two years for follow-up and analytics, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit our use of your personal information, to receive a portable copy of your data, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comparable laws have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar statutes.
