Founder & CEO
Founded Beat Squad in 2014 and still personally conducts the 30-minute consultation call on every booking. Sets the standard the rest of the team executes against, and matches the right DJ from our roster to every couple and corporate client.
Mike Salone
Director of Operations
Owns the operational backbone — DJ training, internal policy, gear standards, and event-day playbooks. Every booking runs through the same disciplined process because Mike built it.
